I’m always looking for new snacks that are quick and easy to eat. These Raw Vegan Brownie Dough Bites are only approximately 2g of sugar per bite, and absolutely guilt free. They are Gluten Free, Vegan, low glycemic, and high in protein. They are the perfect snack to take with you on a hike, at the office, as a topping to a smoothie bowl, or even to keep in the fridge for that late night sweet-tooth fix. I try to consume hemp powder whenever I can, so I decided to add some in as my protein source. These babes have kept my sweet tooth totally satisfied for the past two weeks, and that’s saying a lot! I hope everyone enjoys!

Raw Vegan Brownie Dough Bites

Servings: Approximately 30 balls

1.5 Cups Raw Cacao Butter

1 Cup Cacao Powder

1 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar

1 Cups Millet Flour (I used Bob’s Redmill)

1/2 Cup Hemp Powder

1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

  1. On low heat, add Cacao Butter to Medium Saucepan
  2. Once completely melted, add Cacao powder, Hemp Powder, Coconut Sugar, Millet Flour, Sea Salt and stir thoroughly
  3. Take off heat and allow dough to cool for approximately 10 minutes
  4. Place dough in fridge and allow it to cool for another 10 minutes
  5. Remove from fridge, scoop dough with teaspoon and roll into 1/2 inch balls, (making sure they don’t touch, as they will stick together in the cooling process) place them on wax paper
  6. Allow balls to cool in the fridge before stacking them
  7. Store in fridge
  8. Enjoy!
